Included in your order is a sketch done by me after a detailed description of your vision so that we can make sure we are on the same page and have the same vision,100% dragonskin silicone, detailed photos and videos of production progress, step by step notification and approval, as well as other bonuses and returning client discounts. One of these being free rush for returning clients orders. How it works is similar to a fast pass at Disneyland if you have ever been. Basically, there are two lines (new customer and returning customer) as a returning client you can either take advantage of free rush or forgo it and it will add to the line with the new clients to be done in order of first come first serve time of orders. The tails will be done 1 by 1, meaning I will make 1 tail order from the returning customers then 1 from the new and back and forth, thus cutting the returning clients wait time in half. However, if you are a returning client and need a tail done by a specific date please let me know and we can work something out, it might be an extra charge to skip the line for returning clients in line for rush, but I have not yet run into that problem.

I am also planning to work with charities and foundations once I get going enough and will offer discounts to anyone that can help me with artwork, web design, and such as I am unfamiliar with those areas. All clients will be responsible for sales tax, shipping costs and any customs fees that may be added.
