How long does it take to create a tail?
Each tail is different and will require its own estimated time to create, naturally the more complex the tail is then the more time it will take to create for the customer. We try to keep on top of our tails as best as we can without rushing the integrity and detail of the order. All orders are done in the order that they are placed and paid for. Custom sculpts and designs will usually take longer due to the detail needed to create the new products. Our goal is to have a 3 month turn around for tail orders but depending on the amount of orders coming it this could fluctuate and go anywhere up to a year depending. You will get detailed, up to date progress pictures and videos of your order as well as say over the colors and effects used for your order. We appreciate your patience.
We check all of our items carefully before shipping out to the customer, but if an issue does occur please notify us as soon as the package arrives and show us what the issue is so we may assist you as best we can. If we can fix the issue we may offer to do it for you, however some charges may be sent to you to cover supplies to fix or alter it and we are not guaranteed to be able to fix it for you due to workload at the time. We will try everything we can to help make it right if it was on our end.

How much stretch do the tails have?
Because the tails are dragonskin silicone they come in different shores also known as their hardness. Please send us a message if you would like to know the difference between the shores. The ones used are nice and stretchy but like all things should not be tested to its max and should be cared for gently.
Like any other thing of value we recommend that you treat this with care and be gentle with your tails to prevent tears and rips. Silicone is strong but can tear if you don't treat it correctly. Please research how to properly put them on before trying it on yourself, and keep sharp objects away from it such as long nails, rocks, or anything that could tug and pull at the silicone. When using it in water please be careful to not rub on the edges of the pool or ground while getting in and out of the water. Again please look up how to properly care for your tails before you put them on. We are not liable if you rip or tear your tail. I also recommend you look up how to care and clean your tails as well.

Can I add onto my tail later on?
Yes. Id you would like to start as a basic tail and see how you do and then decide you would like a dorsal fin or ankle fins as you go about your mermaid adventure we would be more than happy to add items onto your tail down the road. You will be responsible for shipping it to us and the cost of the add on services as well as shipping back to you.

Will crystals and pearls etc fall off?
We can not guarantee they will stay put forever, as with wear and tear of the tails can knock some loose. We recommend you again research how to take care of your tails and be extra careful with orders with extras that stick off the tail such as crystals and pearls. You can order extra pearls and crystals to have on hand if you should need them for an additional cost listed under prices and add ons. Please contact us with any questions regarding these.

Are all colors the same price?
Most of the colors are priced the same, however there are effects colors which may be different in price. We will walk you through any sort of orders that require custom colors and try to get you the best options to fit your budgets and fit your looks.

Why can't I change my mind after agreeing to a design or my order in general?
With a larger purchase like this we strongly recommend you are fully invested in your design and dream of your tail before placing your order. We unfortunately can not change the design or concept after we have it planned out due to supplies being ordered for the specific look we are going for. Same goes for canceling your order in general. Once the supplies are ordered there is no way to get your funds back to you. PLease make sure you are 500% committed to your design and order before reaching out to us.

Do you take payment plans?
Yes we do. There are three options, there was only two but we have added a new one. Option 1 is pay and stay where we hold your funds in a safe account untill your tail is fully paid off and then use the funds to make the tail.This option is refundable being as the funds are basically in storage and nothing has been ordered. Option 2 is pay and play where we use the funds you send to us as the funds are availible to order supplies and work on the order while you are saving up. This is a good option for those who want their tail asap and don't want to wait to save up the funds and then wait for the tail to be made. There is no minimum downpayment required for the payment plan as it is your tails and however fast you pay it off is how fast you will get your tail. If you can only afford $20 a month it will take you a while but no amount is to small, think of it as your piggy bank that you wont tap into for coffee. This option is not refundable as it is funds are coming in and going out for supplies to create your order. The 3rd option is paid in full orders and what is new about it is we offer a discounted rate for in full purchases so feel free to message us if that interests you. I noticed I can't purchase anything on here, so how do I order something?
Since everything is custom We prefer to sell through our social media accounts or etsy and all payments are sent using Paypal after we discuss your vision for your order. Please send us over a message on FB messenger and print out the template of our tails or feel free to make your own with the vision you are going for. This will help us design your tail knowing what your starting vision is and from there we sketch out a tail version for you and if you love it then we progress to purchase agreement portion. Please also indicate what your budget is so we can design around it and don't design ideas that are out of your limit and then have you fall in love with it only to not be able to comfortably afford it. No sketches will be started until you list your budget, please also indicate if you are doing paid in full, or payment plan and if so what option you wish to go.
