Custom Silicone Tail (DIY Kit)

-No refunds, returns or exchanges for custom orders. Please make sure it is correct and how you like it before it is shipped out via the final video approval. 

_Buyer is responsible for shipping and any customs fees or fines that may acquire.

-Buyer agrees to the design stated and agreed upon prior to placing any orders and understands that you may not change your design after your transaction has begun without the approval of the artist and adjustment of price for said adjustment. 

-The buyer agrees to these terms, as well as to the estimated wait time provided for this order and is aware that this may very through the busy season and will be produced in order of completed payment and order date.

-Seller is not responsible for any sizing issues that may occur based off incorrect measurements sent by the customer.

-All body forms sent in must be the ones on the shop page as a reference, any that are wrong will be set aside and the next order will be done until you send the correct one.

-Failure to respond to messages with questions regarding your order within 7 days, unless previously discussed with the artist, will result in the surrender of your spot in line and the next order will be started, thus pausing your order until you respond. This may delay your completion date. ​

-Seller is not responsible for damages that happen once your order has left the shop.​

-If you have any issues you have 24 hours (of delivery confirmation) to notify the shop upon receiving the item, unless agreed to by the artist in advance (such as a family member is home and you are not there to unbox it until after the 24 hour window). If and issue does require alteration, the seller may fix your item for you and you may be charged additional for alteration depending on the situation. 

-The seller has the right to refuse to alter anything if you are rude. 

-Availability depends on the shop and current orders take priority over alterations as it is your responsibility as the buyer to check your measurements and make sure they are correct.

-Seller also has the right to refuse service, as well as alterations due to workloads.

-Returning customers get free rush on NEW orders only, not applicable on alterations or old orders. This allows you to skip ahead one spot for other rush orders for tops. Tails are not guaranteed a free rush if the workload is to high.

-Failure to produce your side of the purchase, for example: send in a top base, or body form etc,  within (30 days) will result in your order being put aside. Failure to provide it after (90) days will result in a forfeit of the order and is not refundable after supplies have been ordered.

-HSS will not reproduce or copy other artists work so please do not come to us asking us to make you an item with bits and pieces of other artists work, we will tell you once that we do not condone it and if it continues we will not respond to your messages.

-Custom items can be sculpted and will be priced on the algorithm that is labeled. {supply cost+(hours of labor X hourly rate)}-All purchases must be made through the webpage, etsy, or goods and services on paypal. Multiple options are offered for financing via Afterpay, Kalarma, and Affirm. 

-No supplies will be ordered until the purchase agreement is signed and returned.

-Any use of HSS sketches/work without HSS permission is strictly forbidden. Any sketches designed with us via a consultation are property of HSS as are the ideas and designs discussed in those meetings.

-If you are an artist and see something that is similar to something you do please let HSS know asap so that we can figure out a civil agreement that works for us both, we have not seen every artists work and would like the courtesy if someone had something similar to ours. Please produce proof of date created to establish whose was made first and go from there.

-Once supplies are ordered there is no refund.

-You may not change your payment plan option after the plan is created. Payment in full is preferred and available with 3 types of financing via the webpage.

-All customers are aware that some issues may occur and that as artists we are learning new things daily and unforeseen mistakes can happen.

-Customers understand that while ALL shapes and sizes are welcome here, prices will vary based on supplies needed to provide the custom seizes.

-Tail stands are available for additional price.

-All tails come in a fabric protective bag for transport and storage. 

-Failure to respond to messages once your order is complete, and failure to pay shipping or set up a plan for shipping within (30) days will result in your order being listed as abandoned and auctioned off to the first buyer with the funds and you will not be reimbursed. If you know it will take a while to collect the funds for shipping please let us know so we are kept up to date as we do not have the space to store tails for long periods of time and create new orders, nor would we want any tails to get damaged in the shop while waiting for shipping out.

- All customers agree to keep all communication civil and all conversations private and will not take to social media if there is an issue that can not be resolved, as well as all customers will refrain from any activity with malicious intent and will not contact other customers without their consent in a malicious manner.

-All customers also agree that we are not liable should anyone drown, have an allergic reaction or injure themselves while using our products. We advise that only strong swimmers with previous experience with tails use our products. If you purchase a tail you accept all liability upon time of purchase.

-Never swim alone.

Shipping is available for all items at the cost of the customer.

International shipping may incur fees and import fines, these are also the responsibility of the buyer. 

Estimation for shipping can be calulated  while the tail is in progress and total shipping will be sent as an invoice upon completion of each order for an accurate price.
